Tickets for this event are no longer available. Tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the event for $20 if space permits.
This is event is for parent/family members of new Rutgers-New Brunswick students who cannot attend the full day orientation program.
A specially designed consolidated orientation program for parents and family members of new Rutgers students that are unable to attend a day-long orientation. This evening program will include helpful sessions hosted by a variety of university offices and departments, a student panel and a resource fair. Registration fee includes refreshments, a coffee break, hors d’oeuvres, Rutgers family-themed giveaways and a parking permit.
Due to space limitations, only
family members per student are permitted to attend. Each family member attending orientation must have an individual ticket.
Please note that online ticket sales close at noon one week before the orientation program date
. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed at the door if not purchased in advance. Tickets will be
at the door if space permits.
Tickets are also non-refundable.
Due to the topics and format of the program, it is not recommended for children. If a child must attend with parents, children under the age of 10 do not need to purchase a ticket. Please select the "Child - 10 Years Old or Under" ticket type above.
